There is something about billy tea that seems to just taste like the bush.

- Loose leaf tea
- Eucalyptus leaves
- Water
D I R E C T I O N S
- Fill your billy half way up (in my case, that is 1.5 litres)
- Boil the water over the fire
- Scoop in some loose leaf tea (in my case that was a small handful, approximately 6-8 tablespoons)
- Drop in 5-6 eucalyptus leaves (give them a wash, you don’t want bird droppings in your tea)
- Let it brew for 5 minutes and serve
- Optional: Grab the billy handle and swing around to push the tea leaves to the bottom
Serve with some fire roasted corn and greens in a wrap or try it with a flatbread.
