I N G R E D I E N T S

The chicken

  • 1kg chicken tenderloins
  • 125ml greek yogurt (Farmer’s Union is good)
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 4 cloves of garlic disced finely/crushed
  • 2 tspn salt
  • 2 tspn pepper
  • 2 tbspn dry oregano
  • 4 red chillis (more or less to taste)
  • 50ml of extra virgin olive oil

The rest:

  • 3 Sliced tomatoes
  • roast potatoes or chips (see my veggie section for them)
  • Tzatziki (bought or make yourself)
  • Siracha chilli sauce
  • Wraps or flatbreads

D I R E C T I O N S

  • Add everything under ‘the chicken’ in to a bowl and leave for between 1 and 24 hours in the fridge to marinade.
  • Grill the chicken on the fire for about 10-12 min or until cooked through
  • Add ‘the rest’ in to a wrap
