Now with a Premium Hard Cover Option. -EXCLUSIVE to the Fire to Fork Website – the first 2,000 copies personally signed by Harry
After 4 years of cooking, writing, taking photos and drinking beer by a fire, I’ve written a follow up book 200+ pages and over 70 recipes plus a ton of extra information and guides.
I’m no good at talking about myself, so here is something from my publisher:
As Australians, we love camping and exploring the great outdoors. In any given year, around one third of all holidays are camping or caravanning. We also love food and go to extraordinary lengths to make it good, anywhere we go. Maybe that’s why Harry Fisher, who began filming YouTube episodes of himself cooking over fire during the COVID years became so popular, so quickly. His weekly campfire cooking videos are watched by hundreds of thousands of people each week, and his first cookbook, Fire To Fork has sold over 35,000 copies in Australia alone.
Three years on from his first book, Harry has collated more than 70 new and original recipes for his second campfire cookbook – Fire II Fork: More Camp Cooking.
Talking about this new book, Harry said, “I can’t believe they let a former bean counter who rarely wears shoes write two cookbooks, but here we are. I have been so humbled by the huge response to my first book, and I can’t wait to share this one with everyone.”
“Fire II Fork is heavily influenced by the food I grew up eating while camping in south-west Western Australia. I’ve done my best to ensure it’s filled with hearty, familiar recipes that we usually only eat at home or at a restaurant. Everything is made with ingredients you can buy in supermarkets or from butchers, so you can get them even in a remote Aussie town.”
Some of the stand-out meals include No Skills Beef Stew, Bang Bang Shrimp, Food For Hangovers and a collection of tempting cocktails. There are quick meals and ideas for sides (like Harry’s decadent Potato Salad or Potato Bake), plus heaps of meals that make it look like you’ve worked harder than you really will. Everyone will be so impressed ,you won’t have to do the dishes.
Harry’s new book, which is available everywhere good camping books are sold, is again published by Wollongong-based Exploring Eden Media. Co-founder Brendan Batty said, “We are so excited to share Fire II Fork with everyone who loved Harry’s first book. Harry has a knack for making something as intimidating as cooking outside over an open fire easy, and the results are always delicious.”
Praise for Harry’s cooking is echoed by social media sensation Andy Hearndan (aka Andy Cooks), who wrote the foreword for Fire II Fork. Andy runs a popular social media account account with over 15 million followers. He said, “I’ve been watching his videos for years, and he puts so much passion into every dish he creates and the recipes he shares with us all. Harry’s enthusiasm for food is contagious, and with Fire II Fork he encourages us all to embrace the simplicity and joy of cooking outdoors with some great new recipes to follow. Thanks for sharing this one with us!”

I’m rubbish at reviews but here it is –
Some really great tasty recipes & fire cooking tips in this book, beautiful photography & a nice touch of Aussie humour. My book arrived & it’s pouring with rain, a great day for reading it but I want to get cooking SO bad!
Love that the book is dedicated to Sam, that the foreword is from Andy who is a favourite & the thanks at the end of the book show a thoughtful decent human who happens to be on YouTube.
You are a wizard Harry, and Fred has your nose, I knew it! The other Harryisms sound about right.
Looking forward to testing all the recipes & the inspiration to dream up some more firey food. Thank you & your family, from my crew who will enjoy the testing I’m sure, cheers Fee & Andy

I had never heard of Harry until he did a meetup with another youtuber who I follow. The recipe’s they discussed sounded great, so I went and bought the book. I should have got the bundle, but that’s OK, I’ll get the first book later. The recipe’s sound really nice, have a suggested number of serves, prep time and cook time, and have a great list of ingredients and very easy to follow instructions. plus tips of cooking, storage and other things. Overall I think this will be a great addition to our van life (once we get the van lol)
